Want to help your children get a good night’s sleep? Start by askin= g them not to use electronic devices at bedtime. Researchers at King’s Coll= ege London recently conducted a survey of existing studies which involved o= ver 125,000 kids ranging in ages from 6 to 19. They discovered that childre= n who use devices such as smartphones and tablets within 90 minutes of goin= g to sleep are more likely to experience poor quality of sleep and an inade= quate quantity of sleep, as well as excessive sleepiness during the day.
